AI Real Estate Video Generator
Market updates, buyer and seller tips and just-listed announcements for agents — narrated, captioned and ready to post, with no shoot.
Start free — no credit card, and the script and the shot list cost no credits.
01Type this week’s topic. A market update, a buyer or seller tip, or the facts of a new listing. Include the numbers you want said.
02Read the script. Five to eight scenes come back first, so you can fix a figure before anything is rendered.
03Render and post. Voiced, captioned and published to Reels, TikTok and Shorts from the app.

A mock-up of the frame and caption layout at this page’s settings — TikTok, Reels and Shorts, lo-fi music bed. It is a drawing, not a rendered video: we have no published render library to show you yet, and a stock clip dressed up as our output would be worth less than saying so.

Plus this page’s brief, verbatim
Write a short video for a licensed real estate agent’s social channels. Open on the viewer’s situation — buying, selling, relocating — give one concrete takeaway for their market, and close on a plain next step such as “message me for the list”. Use only the prices, rates, dates and addresses the user gives; never invent a figure. Describe homes and neighborhoods by their features, never by who should live there. The visuals are illustrative: describe a kind of home or street, never claim to show the actual property.
That string is not marketing copy — it is the instruction the script writer is given before it reads a word of yours, and it is the only thing separating this page from the other forty-seven.
The shape that comes back
Scene 1 — the hook
One line that works with no context, because the viewer arrived mid-scroll.
Scenes 2–6 — the body
One idea each, one or two spoken sentences, each with its own image prompt and its own duration.
Final scene — the close
A line that lands the point rather than asking for a follow.
Per scene — the shot
The exact image prompt the model would receive, with this page’s style suffix already appended.
This is the structure, not a saved example. The box at the top of the page writes the real one — with your wording, in about ten seconds, free once you sign in.
5–8 scenes
each with its own line, its own frame and its own length
Under 60s
cut to the narration, not to a fixed per-scene timer
Word-timed
captions burned from the voice model’s own alignment
1080-class
vertical, square or landscape — no watermark on any plan
01
What it makes for an agent, and what it does not
It makes the videos an agent is supposed to post every week and rarely does: the market update, the first-time-buyer explainer, the neighborhood spotlight, the just-listed or open-house announcement. Each one is a narrated short with a generated picture per scene and captions timed to the voice, which is the format Reels, TikTok and Shorts reward.
It does not film your listing. Every scene is generated from the script, so a just-listed video shows an illustrative craftsman, not the one you are selling — one of your listing photos can be the opening frame, added in the composer, and every frame after it is generated. For a walkthrough of the actual house, use your phone or your photographer. This tool is for the other fifty videos a year.
02
The numbers come from you
The scriptwriter does not read the MLS, Zillow or today’s mortgage rates, and it is told never to invent a figure. Type the price, the rate, the days on market or the open-house time and it will say them; leave them out and the script talks about the idea without a number in it.
That is deliberate. A market update with a made-up median price is a liability for a licensed agent, and the script comes back before anything renders so you can check every claim against your own data. The brief also describes homes by their features rather than by who should live in them, which keeps the copy on the right side of fair-housing advertising rules — but you are the one who signs off.
03
Posting every week without filming
Consistency is the whole game in real estate social: the agent who posts every week is the one a seller remembers. Connect TikTok, Instagram and YouTube once and publish to TikTok, Reels and Shorts from the app, on every plan. Mini connects 1 account, Starter 3, Pro 6 and Studio 25.
If even that is too much, Auto-Mode posts for you. On Pro ($49 a month), give it a topic like “Denver homebuying tips” and a cadence, and each run writes, renders and publishes a new video. Read the first few before you trust it, and turn it off any time.

Questions about the AI Real Estate Video Generator
Can it make a video tour of my listing?
No. Every scene is generated from the script, so the house in the video is illustrative, not yours. One listing photo can be the opening frame, added in the composer. For a walkthrough of the real property, film it or hire a photographer; use this for market updates, tips and announcements.
Does it know current mortgage rates or my local market data?
No. It does not read the MLS, Zillow or live rates, and the brief tells it never to invent a figure. Type the numbers you want in the video — price, rate, days on market — and it uses exactly those.
Is the copy fair-housing safe?
The brief tells the scriptwriter to describe homes and neighborhoods by features, never by who should live there. You still review every script before it renders, and you are responsible for what you publish under your license.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Your first video is free: 30 seconds in pictures, with voice, music and captions. No card. AI motion, videos longer than 30 seconds and sound effects need a plan, from $7 a month.
How much does a month of real estate videos cost?
Plans are monthly: Mini $7 (200 credits), Starter $19 (600 credits), Pro $49 (2,000 credits), Studio $149 (7,500 credits). A five-scene short in pictures costs 13 credits; with AI motion in every scene it costs 68. You see the price before you generate, and the first payment on any plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Starter ($19 a month, 600 credits) covers about 46 five-scene shorts in pictures, or about 8 with AI motion in every scene.
Can it post to my Instagram, TikTok and YouTube?
Connect TikTok, Instagram and YouTube once and publish to TikTok, Reels and Shorts from the app, on every plan. Mini connects 1 account, Starter 3, Pro 6 and Studio 25.
Can it post for me every week automatically?
Auto-Mode is on Pro ($49 a month, 3 workers) and Studio ($149, 10 workers). Give it a topic or an RSS feed and a cadence — every day, every 2 days, every 3 days, every week — and each run writes, renders and publishes a new video to the accounts you connected.
Can I add my face, logo or brokerage name?
There is no logo overlay and no brand kit; put your name and brokerage in the script and in the post caption, where your state’s advertising rules usually want them. On Pro and Studio, a presenter scene puts a lifelike AI avatar on screen speaking your script, lip-synced to the voice you picked. It is an AI presenter, not you.
Do I have to sign up to try this?
Yes, a free one. Signup takes a moment and needs no card. Once you are signed in, the box at the top writes the script and the shot list for no credits — that is the part that decides whether the video is worth making.
What does it cost?
Starter is $19 a month for 600 credits, Pro $49, Studio $149. A credit is a unit of pipeline cost rather than a video, so a five-scene short costs less than a nine-scene one, and you see the estimate before you spend anything.
Do I own the videos, and is there a watermark?
You own them, on every plan, and there is no watermark on any plan, no resolution cap and no platform withheld. Four things do follow the plan, because they are what a video costs to make: AI motion and sound effects need Starter, and a presenter avatar and the choice of video model need Pro. Everything else — every voice, every language, every caption style, every aspect ratio — is the same on all of them.
