Shopify Product Video Maker

Short, captioned product videos for Shopify store owners to post on Reels, TikTok and Shorts, written from the product details you type and ending on where to shop.

  • 01Type the product and why people buy it. What it is, up to three reasons it sells, and who it is for — your product description works.
  • 02Check every claim before it renders. The script uses only your prices, codes and features, and adds no review, sale or shipping promise.
  • 03Post it, then send shoppers to the store. Vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with where to shop in the last line.

What it is, what makes it worth buying, and who it is for. Type prices, sizes, materials, discount codes and dates exactly as your store has them; it uses only what you type.

Linen apron: 3 reasons home cooks love it

  • Style: Cinematic
  • Voice: Bella
  • Captions: Bold
  • Ratio: 9:16
A mock-up of the frame and caption layout at this page’s settings — TikTok, Reels and Shorts, uplifting music bed. It is a drawing, not a rendered video: we have no published render library to show you yet, and a stock clip dressed up as our output would be worth less than saying so.

Your input

“Linen apron: 3 reasons home cooks love it”

Plus this page’s brief, verbatim

Write a short social video for a Shopify store owner that sends viewers to the product in their online store. Open on the moment the product is for — a kitchen mid-bake, a dark evening that wants a candle, a morning coffee — then say what the product is and up to three reasons people buy it, one per scene, in plain words a shopper would use, and close on where to shop. Write every line so it reads on its own as a caption, because many people watch with the sound off. Use only the product name, sizes, materials, features, prices, discount codes, dates and claims the user typed, exactly as typed; never invent a price, a discount, a sale, a discount code, free shipping, a delivery time, stock levels, a sell-out, a review, a rating, a customer count, a sales count, a press mention, a certification, or a health, safety or eco claim. Each scene describes one frame of the product in use in an everyday setting — a kitchen, a living room, a desk — no real brand, logo, character or trademark, Shopify's included, no text in the frame, and nobody speaking to camera. Never describe a generated frame as a photograph of the store's actual product. End with the call to action the user gave, or 'Shop now at the link in our bio' if they gave none.

That string is not marketing copy — it is the instruction the script writer is given before it reads a word of yours, and it is the only thing separating this page from the other forty-seven.

The shape that comes back

  1. Scene 1 — the hook

One line that works with no context, because the viewer arrived mid-scroll.

  2. Scenes 2–6 — the body

One idea each, one or two spoken sentences, each with its own image prompt and its own duration.

  3. Final scene — the close

A line that lands the point rather than asking for a follow.

  4. Per scene — the shot

The exact image prompt the model would receive, with this page’s style suffix already appended.

This is the structure, not a saved example. The box at the top of the page writes the real one — with your wording, in about ten seconds.

5–8 scenes
each with its own line, its own frame and its own length
Under 60s
cut to the narration, not to a fixed per-scene timer
Word-timed
captions burned from the voice model’s own alignment
1080-class
vertical, square or landscape — no watermark on any plan

Social posts that send shoppers to your store

An independent store gets the shoppers its owner brings to it, and for many small stores that means a steady run of short posts on Reels, TikTok and Shorts: a new drop, a restock, a reason to buy before the weekend. Filming each product every time is where most small stores stall.

Type the product and why people buy it, and the brief opens on the moment it is for, gives up to three reasons in a shopper’s words, one per scene, and closes on where to shop. Every line is written to stand on its own as a bold, centred caption, because plenty of people scroll with the sound off. The script comes back before anything renders, so you can change a reason or a line until it reads like your store.

02

Shopify’s product media, and what belongs there

Shopify’s help center lists uploaded product videos as .mp4, .mov or .webm files up to 1 GB, up to 10 minutes long and up to 4K (4096 x 2160 px), or a YouTube or Vimeo link instead. The same page says the store’s theme has to support video for it to show on product pages. A video made here fits those limits — it exports as a 1080p MP4 of a minute by default — so nothing stops you uploading it.

We would not put it there. The product page is where a shopper inspects the thing that will arrive in the box, and every scene here is a generated illustration of a product like yours in use, not your actual product. That slot is best filled with your own footage of the real thing. These videos are built for the other job: the social posts that bring shoppers to that page in the first place.

03

Drops, restocks and the holiday season

A small store’s calendar is a list of moments that each want a post: a new colour, a restock, a holiday gift guide, the last day to order before a date you set. One box makes each from a sentence, and the prices, codes and dates in it are only the ones you type — no invented sale, sell-out or shipping promise you would have to walk back in your inbox.

Connect TikTok, Instagram and YouTube once and publish to TikTok, Reels and Shorts from the app, on every plan. Mini connects 1 account, Starter 3, Pro 6 and Studio 25. Mini ($7 a month, 200 credits) covers about 15 five-scene shorts in pictures, or about 2 with AI motion in every scene.

Compared

What this replaces

Six things somebody has to arrange to make one short, and who arranges them.

Input

The usual way: Set up a product shoot, light it, film it, then edit each cut.

With Veedio: The product and why people buy it, typed in one sentence.

Visuals

The usual way: Footage of each product, reshot for every new colour or drop.

With Veedio: Generated scenes of the product in use; one photo of your own product can open it.

Voiceover

The usual way: Book a VO artist, or record yourself and cut the breaths out.

With Veedio: Five ElevenLabs voices, re-recorded free whenever the line changes.

Captions

The usual way: Auto-captions that drift, then an hour nudging keyframes.

With Veedio: Burned in from the voice model’s own word alignment, so they land on the syllable.

Turnaround

The usual way: Days per product, so a drop often goes out with no video at all.

With Veedio: Minutes per product, so every drop and restock gets a post.

Changing it

The usual way: Re-record the line, re-cut the timeline, re-export, re-upload.

With Veedio: Edit the line and only its voice is re-recorded, free. A new still is free too; a new motion clip is free once per video.

Questions about the Shopify Product Video Maker

Can I add these to my Shopify product page?

You can, but they are not made for it. A video made here fits those limits, but its scenes are generated rather than footage of your actual product, so the product page is best served by your own footage. These are for the Reels, TikTok and Shorts posts that send shoppers there.

Will the video show my actual product?

Only in the opening frame: one product photo of your own can open the video, added in the composer. Every scene after it is a generated illustration of a product like yours in use, not the item a shopper will receive.

Will it add reviews, a sale or a shipping promise?

No. It uses only the prices, codes, features, dates and claims you type, exactly as typed, and is told never to invent a review, a rating, a customer count, a sale, a discount code, a shipping promise or a sell-out. You read the script before anything renders.

Does it connect to my Shopify store?

No. There is no Shopify app or integration, and nothing is posted to your store. You type the product details, then publish to TikTok, Reels and Shorts from the app or download the MP4 for anywhere else.

Is Veedio part of Shopify?

No. Veedio is an independent video tool for Shopify store owners and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

What does it cost?

Plans are monthly: Mini $7 (200 credits), Starter $19 (600 credits), Pro $49 (2,000 credits), Studio $149 (7,500 credits). A five-scene short in pictures costs 13 credits; with AI motion in every scene it costs 68. You see the price before you generate, and the first payment on any plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Mini ($7 a month, 200 credits) covers about 15 five-scene shorts in pictures, or about 2 with AI motion in every scene.

Can I run these as Instagram or TikTok ads?

Yes. Download the file and upload it as ad creative in the platform’s ad manager. You own the videos on every plan and can use them commercially, paid ads included. There is no watermark on any plan, the export is 1080p, and the music beds are licensed for commercial use with no attribution.

Do I have to sign up to try this?

Yes, and pick a plan: Mini is $7 a month, and the first payment has a 7-day money-back guarantee. On a plan, the box at the top writes the script and the shot list for no credits — that is the part that decides whether the video is worth making.

Do I own the videos, and is there a watermark?

You own them, on every plan, and there is no watermark on any plan, no resolution cap and no platform withheld. Four things do follow the plan, because they are what a video costs to make: AI motion and sound effects need Starter, and a presenter avatar and the choice of video model need Pro. Everything else — every voice, every language, every caption style, every aspect ratio — is the same on all of them.

Read this page as markdown— the plain-text version, for language models and anyone who prefers one.
