Travel Agency Video Marketing

A short, narrated video for every trip you sell — the destination, what is included and how to book — for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, from the trip details you type.

  • 01Type the trip. The destination, the dates, what is included and the price, exactly as you sell it.
  • 02Read the script. The destination, the inclusions, the dates and how to book — using only your figures — back before anything renders.
  • 03Post it, then the next one. Vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; square for a Facebook post; one for every trip on your list.

Type the destination, what is included, the dates and the price exactly as you sell it. It uses only what you type.

What comes out

The settings this page ships with, and the shape they produce

Every example on this page is labelled with the exact configuration behind it, including the one that says it is a drawing.

  • Voice: Rachel

  • Ratio: 9:16
A mock-up of the frame and caption layout at this page’s settings — TikTok, Reels and Shorts, uplifting music bed. It is a drawing, not a rendered video: we have no published render library to show you yet, and a stock clip dressed up as our output would be worth less than saying so.

Your input

“7 nights in Lisbon and Porto in May, rail between the two, central hotels and breakfast included, from $1,890 per person, flights not included”

Plus this page’s brief, verbatim

Write a short promotional video for one trip a travel business sells. Open on the destination in one vivid line, then say what the trip includes, when it runs, and how to book, in that order. Use only the price, dates, inclusions, exclusions and terms the user typed, exactly as typed; never invent a price, a discount, availability, a deadline, a 'spots left' count, a review, an award or a guarantee. Say what is not included if the user typed it. Describe the destination's places and atmosphere in general terms and never describe a specific hotel, room or view as the one being sold. End with the call to action the user gave, or 'Ask us about this trip' if they gave none.

That string is not marketing copy — it is the instruction the script writer is given before it reads a word of yours, and it is the only thing separating this page from the other forty-seven.

The shape that comes back

  1. Scene 1 — the hook

One line that works with no context, because the viewer arrived mid-scroll.

  2. Scenes 2–6 — the body

One idea each, one or two spoken sentences, each with its own image prompt and its own duration.

  3. Final scene — the close

A line that lands the point rather than asking for a follow.

  4. Per scene — the shot

The exact image prompt the model would receive, with this page’s style suffix already appended.

This is the structure, not a saved example. The box at the top of the page writes the real one — with your wording, in about ten seconds.

5–8 scenes
each with its own line, its own frame and its own length
Under 60s
cut to the narration, not to a fixed per-scene timer
Word-timed
captions burned from the voice model’s own alignment
1080-class
vertical, square or landscape — no watermark on any plan

01

One video per trip, not one brand film a year

Travel sells on the feed now: someone sees a week in Porto between two other videos and sends it to the person they would go with. An agency that wants to be in that moment needs a video for every trip it sells, not one polished brand film, and that is a volume no agency can film or edit by hand.

Type the trip the way you would describe it to a client — the destination, the dates, what is included and the price — and the script comes back as a short sequence of scenes: the place, the inclusions, the dates and how to book. You read it before anything renders, and the next trip is another paragraph in the same box.

02

The destination, illustrated — not the hotel you are selling

Every scene is generated from its own line in a cinematic look: tiled streets, a coastline at dusk, a market under lights. These are illustrations of the destination, not photographs of the hotel, the room or the view in your package, and the brief is told never to describe one as if it were. A traveller who books on a picture expects to find it, so keep the specifics in your words.

One photo of your own that you have the right to use — the hotel, the ship, the group last year — can open the video, added in the composer, and every scene after it is generated. For anything a client would hold you to, put it in the caption and the booking terms, where it belongs.

03

Your prices and terms, exactly as you typed them

The brief allows only the price, dates, inclusions, exclusions and terms you typed: no invented discount, no deadline, no 'only three spots left', no review and no award. Travel advertising is regulated — how prices, taxes and fees must be shown varies by country and state — so the script is a draft you sign off, and this page is not legal advice.

Connect TikTok, Instagram and YouTube once and publish to TikTok, Reels and Shorts from the app, on every plan. Mini connects 1 account, Starter 3, Pro 6 and Studio 25. Plans are monthly: Mini $7 (200 credits), Starter $19 (600 credits), Pro $49 (2,000 credits), Studio $149 (7,500 credits). A five-scene short in pictures costs 13 credits; with AI motion in every scene it costs 68. You see the price before you generate, and the first payment on any plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Mini ($7 a month, 200 credits) covers about 15 five-scene shorts in pictures, or about 2 with AI motion in every scene.

Compared

What this replaces

Six things somebody has to arrange to make one short, and who arranges them.

Input

The usual way: A brief to a videographer, a shoot abroad, or a supplier's stock reel.

With Veedio: The trip as you sell it — destination, dates, inclusions, price — in one box.

Visuals

The usual way: Licensed stock that every other agency is posting too.

With Veedio: Scenes generated from your own description of the destination.

Voiceover

The usual way: Book a VO artist, or record yourself and cut the breaths out.

With Veedio: Five ElevenLabs voices, re-recorded free whenever the line changes.

Captions

The usual way: Auto-captions that drift, then an hour nudging keyframes.

With Veedio: Burned in from the voice model’s own word alignment, so they land on the syllable.

Turnaround

The usual way: Days per video, so only the flagship trips get one.

With Veedio: Minutes per video, so every trip on the list can have one.

Changing it

The usual way: Re-record the line, re-cut the timeline, re-export, re-upload.

With Veedio: Edit the line and only its voice is re-recorded, free. A new still is free too; a new motion clip is free once per video.

Questions about the Travel Agency Video Marketing

Will the video show the actual hotel?

No. Every scene is a generated illustration of the destination, not a photograph of the hotel, room or view in your package, and the script is told never to describe one as if it were. One photo of your own can open the video.

Will it make up a price or a deal?

No. It uses only the price, dates, inclusions and terms you type, exactly as typed, and is told never to invent a discount, a deadline, availability, a review or an award. You read the script before anything renders.

Does it handle travel advertising rules?

No, and this is not legal advice. How a travel price, its taxes and fees must be shown differs by country and by state; type the price the way your rules require it to be shown, and sign off the script before you post it.

Can the narrator sound British?

The 5 voices are American English. There is no British, Irish or Australian voice, and we would rather say so here than after you have paid. Every voice has a preview in the composer, and the music bed can be switched off.

What does it cost?

Plans are monthly: Mini $7 (200 credits), Starter $19 (600 credits), Pro $49 (2,000 credits), Studio $149 (7,500 credits). A five-scene short in pictures costs 13 credits; with AI motion in every scene it costs 68. You see the price before you generate, and the first payment on any plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Mini ($7 a month, 200 credits) covers about 15 five-scene shorts in pictures, or about 2 with AI motion in every scene.

Can I make it in Spanish, French or German?

Yes. The narration and captions can be in Spanish, French, German and many other languages, chosen in the composer. The voices were recorded in American English, so a native listener may hear the accent; listen to the first one before you post a series.

Can I use the video in paid ads?

You own the videos on every plan and can use them commercially, paid ads included. There is no watermark on any plan, the export is 1080p, and the music beds are licensed for commercial use with no attribution.

Do I have to sign up to try this?

Yes, a free one. Signup takes a moment and needs no card. Once you are signed in, the box at the top writes the script and the shot list for no credits — that is the part that decides whether the video is worth making.

What does it cost?

Starter is $19 a month for 600 credits, Pro $49, Studio $149. A credit is a unit of pipeline cost rather than a video, so a five-scene short costs less than a nine-scene one, and you see the estimate before you spend anything.

Do I own the videos, and is there a watermark?

You own them, on every plan, and there is no watermark on any plan, no resolution cap and no platform withheld. Four things do follow the plan, because they are what a video costs to make: AI motion and sound effects need Starter, and a presenter avatar and the choice of video model need Pro. Everything else — every voice, every language, every caption style, every aspect ratio — is the same on all of them.
