The best AI video generators for real estate agents, side by side

Six tools for an agent who has to post video every week: what each one makes, what it costs to start, whether it works from your own listing photos, whether a presenter comes into it and how long a video can be — every competitor cell from that company’s own pricing page. We make Veedio, so it is in here; there are no ratings and no overall winner, because they do not do the same job.

Veedio

Who each one is for

Pick by the videos you actually post

An avatar of you, your own stills set in motion, longer landscape videos, a team editor, many short formats, or a narrated weekly reel from a description. Each of these is the right answer for some agent.

  • Veedio (ours)

Agents who post every week and want the update, tip or announcement written, voiced, captioned and posted from one description, without being on camera. Not for a walkthrough of the actual property, and not for videos longer than 3 minutes.

  • HeyGen

Agents who want a presenter on screen — an avatar of themselves reading a market update — without filming each one.

  • Revid

Agents who want many short-form formats, viral-video remixing and avatars in one place, and do not mind a $39 entry price.

    Veedio vs Revid, in full
  • Pictory

Agents who turn blog posts, market reports or recorded walkthroughs into longer landscape videos, not only reels.

    Veedio vs Pictory, in full
  • InVideo

Teams and brokerages that want seats, many models and a full editor, and will shape each video by hand.

    Veedio vs InVideo, in full
  • Magic Hour

Agents who want to animate their own stills into short motion clips and cut the reel themselves.

Veedio, for agents

What each Veedio plan makes in a month

Billed monthly, no annual plans. A typical short is five scenes; AI motion costs more per scene than stills, and the cost is on the button before you generate. Listing visuals are illustrative, so use Veedio for the updates, tips and announcements around a listing, not as the tour of it.

  • Mini$7/month

    ≈ 15 videos a month with stills, ≈ 2 with AI motion

  • Starter$19/month

    ≈ 46 videos a month with stills, ≈ 8 with AI motion

  • Pro$49/month

    ≈ 153 videos a month with stills, ≈ 29 with AI motion

  • Studio$149/month

    ≈ 576 videos a month with stills, ≈ 110 with AI motion

Questions

About choosing an AI video generator for real estate

What is the best AI video generator for real estate agents?

It depends on the video. For a presenter on screen — an avatar of you reading the update — HeyGen is built around avatars. For animating your own listing stills into short clips, Magic Hour lists image-to-video. For longer landscape videos from a report or a recorded walkthrough, Pictory makes script videos up to 30 minutes on paid plans. For many short formats with remixing, Revid. For a brokerage team that wants seats and a full editor, InVideo. For a narrated, captioned weekly reel — market update, buyer tip, just-listed announcement — written and posted from one description, that is what Veedio is built for. We make Veedio, so read our row with that in mind; every other row is from that company’s own pricing page.

Can an AI video generator show my actual listing?

Only if it works from your own photos or footage. Veedio does not: every scene is generated from the script, so a listing video shows an illustrative home, not the one you are selling (one of your listing photos can be the opening frame). For a tour of the real property, use a tool that animates your own photos, film it, or hire a photographer — and do not present a generated or altered image as the home itself. Use generated reels for the updates, tips and announcements around the listing.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Every tool here can make a video with no one on screen. If you want a presenter, HeyGen offers a custom avatar of you, Revid and Pictory list avatars, Magic Hour lists talking photos and avatars, and Veedio has 4 optional hosted presenters on Pro and Studio — though not one of you.

Will it make up prices, rates or market numbers?

It should not, and on Veedio’s real estate preset the script uses only the prices, rates, dates and addresses you type; it never looks one up. Whatever tool you use, check every number before you post: the figures in an advertisement are your responsibility, not the software’s.

Why isn’t AutoReel in this table?

AutoReel makes listing videos from property photos, but its pricing page showed no plans or prices when we read it on 20 October 2026, and we only list a tool whose price we can read on its own pricing page. Check autoreelapp.com directly.
