No. There is no timeline. You type one thing, choose a voice, a caption style, a look and a shape, and the result is a file you can post. If a scene is wrong you rewrite that line and regenerate it — the video's structure is the script, so editing text is editing the video.

The editor lets you rename the video, change the voice, change the caption style, swap the music bed, and rewrite any scene's line and regenerate that scene alone. Fixing a line and asking for a new still are free; a new AI-motion take is free once per video, then costs that scene's credits. What you cannot do is cut on a timeline — that is a different product.
A unit of generation cost, not a video. Writing, scoring and rendering costs 3 credits, and every scene costs 27 more for its narration and AI motion (2 in stills) — so a typical 5-scene short in motion is 138 credits. You see the estimate before you generate, and if a generation fails the deposit is refunded automatically.
