A credit is a unit of cost
Not a video. 3 credits to write, score and render, plus 13 per scene — so a 5-scene short is 68 credits and a longer script costs more.
Credits meter what a video actually costs to make, so a short one costs less than a long one. Every plan gets every format, every voice and 1080p with no watermark — the tiers buy automation and reach, never a worse video. Cancel anytime.

Credits exist so that a fifteen-second clip does not cost the same as a two-minute one. Here is the whole model.
Not a video. 3 credits to write, score and render, plus 13 per scene — so a 5-scene short is 68 credits and a longer script costs more.
The estimate is on the button before you generate, and the exact cost is settled the moment the script is written and the scene count is known.
If a generation fails, the deposit goes back automatically. Regenerating a single scene you didn't like costs nothing at all.
A unit of generation cost, not a video. Writing, scoring and rendering a video costs 3 credits, and every scene costs more on top for its narration and visuals: 2 for a still or stock footage, 13 for a scene the video model sets in motion. A typical 5-scene short is 13 credits with stills and 68 with AI motion. You see the estimate before you generate, and the exact cost is settled the moment the script is written.
With stills or stock footage, roughly 4 on the free 60 credits, about 46 a month on Starter, about 153 on Pro and about 576 on Studio — assuming 5-scene videos. AI motion costs about six times as much a scene, so Starter makes about 8 animated videos a month and Pro about 29. Longer scripts cost more, shorter ones less. That is the point: a 15-second clip should not cost the same as a two-minute one.
No. Signing in creates your account with 60 credits. There is no free plan to downgrade to afterwards — when the credits are used, you pick a plan or stop.
No. On each renewal your balance is topped back up to your plan's monthly allowance. Credits you didn't use don't stack on top of it.
The deposit is refunded automatically. And if one scene comes out wrong, edit its text and regenerate just that scene — that is free and always has been.
No. Every plan, including the free credits, gets every voice, every caption style, all three formats (vertical, square, landscape), 1080p output and no watermark. The plans differ in credits, how many accounts you can connect, and whether Auto-Mode can run — never in how good the video is.
A schedule that turns a topic, an RSS feed or a niche into a finished, published video without you in the loop. A "worker" is one of those schedules running at a time: Pro can run 3, Studio 10, Starter none. Auto-Mode spends credits like any other generation, and it pauses itself when you run out. If you'd rather run your own loop, every plan includes the REST API, MCP server and CLI.
TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, from inside Veedio, on every plan. Starter lets you keep 3 accounts connected at once, Pro 6, Studio 25.
Yes. Videos, scripts and assets are yours to publish, edit and monetise, on any plan, and that doesn't end if you cancel. We don't use your content to train models.
Cancel any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate partial months, but if something broke on our side, email us and we'll put it right.
