Transcript

Every night, the little golden fish watched the moon climb, while all his pond-mates drifted into deep, mysterious slumber, leaving him wide awake.

He tried counting bubbles, pretending to be a sleeping pebble, even doing tiny underwater flips; nothing brought the peace his friends found so easily.

One evening, a wise old turtle told him: fish don't close their eyes, but they do sleep; their bodies simply slow down, dreaming in the dark.

The little fish realized he had been sleeping all along, just differently. Now, he enjoys the moon, knowing his body rests even with wide-open eyes.
