This 15-minute cookie pot dessert serves two, perfect for a quick sweet craving without any baking fuss.
You'll need 2 tablespoons of melted butter, a quarter cup of brown sugar, one egg yolk, a quarter teaspoon of vanilla, and a third cup of flour. Don't forget 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
First, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar together. Then, mix in the egg yolk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the flour and chocolate chips. Microwave it for 60 to 90 seconds until the edges are set, but the center is still gooey.
