Transcript

This spicy miso ramen comes together in under 20 minutes, serving two people with restaurant-quality flavor right in your kitchen.

You will need: two cloves garlic, a 1-inch piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons miso paste, 4 cups hot broth, and two servings of ramen noodles.

First, finely chop the garlic and ginger. Sauté them in 1 tablespoon of oil for 30 seconds until fragrant, then whisk in the miso paste and hot broth.

Cook ramen noodles for 3 minutes. Drain, then add to bowls. Pour the hot miso broth over them. Garnish with green onions.
