At 2:15 AM, a rescue helicopter spotted a woman waving from a mountain ledge. But when the crew checked their thermal camera… She wasn't there.
"Captain, I can see her with my own eyes… but she's not showing up on thermal!" The pilot looked again. The woman was still waving. Then she suddenly stopped… and stared directly at the helicopter.
The pilot moved closer. Suddenly, the woman vanished. "Captain, there's a heat signature inside the helicopter!" "Where?" "Right behind us."
They turned around. The passenger seat was empty. Then came a single click. "Captain… someone just fastened the seat belt."
The helicopter returned to base. They never found the woman. But the crew knew one thing. They hadn't returned alone.
