Five questions to ask a pricing page

The headline price is the least useful number on the page. These are the ones that decide what you actually spend.

  1. Question 1

Is the monthly price billed monthly?

A price “per month, billed yearly” is twelve months up front. Compare monthly against monthly, or yearly against yearly.

  2. Question 2

    What is the unit?

Minutes of video, a general credit spent across a whole platform, and a credit per scene are three different things. Turn each into “videos like mine a month” before comparing.

  3. Question 3

    What does a fix cost?

Most of a video’s cost is the second and third attempt at a scene. Find out whether re-doing one line costs the same as the whole video.

  4. Question 4

What does the free plan leave out?

A watermark, a lower resolution, a length cap or no commercial rights each rules a free plan out for anything you will publish or get paid for.

  5. Question 5

Does it end in a published post?

A rendered file is not a post. Check whether publishing to TikTok, Reels and Shorts is included or another tool to pay for.

What each Veedio plan makes in a month

Mini $7, Starter $19, Pro $49 and Studio $149, billed monthly. A typical short is five scenes; AI motion costs more per scene than stills, and the cost is on the button before you generate.

  • Mini$7/month

    ≈ 15 videos a month with stills, ≈ 2 with AI motion

  • Starter$19/month

    ≈ 46 videos a month with stills, ≈ 8 with AI motion

  • Pro$49/month

    ≈ 153 videos a month with stills, ≈ 29 with AI motion

  • Studio$149/month

    ≈ 576 videos a month with stills, ≈ 110 with AI motion

Questions

About AI video pricing

Which AI video generator is the cheapest?

It depends on the unit. Of the cheapest paid plans in this table, Veedio’s Mini at $7 a month, billed monthly, is the lowest price; Fliki’s Standard is about $10 a month but billed yearly, and Fliki’s free plan costs nothing with a watermark, 720p and no commercial rights. Turn each one into the number of videos like yours it makes in a month before deciding.

Why does billing period matter so much?

Because a yearly price is shown per month. InVideo’s $17 a month is $200 paid up front, and Fliki’s Standard price is a yearly one. If you are trying a tool for the first time, the monthly price is the one you will actually pay.

Can I compare credits between tools?

Not directly. Revid’s and InVideo’s credits are spent across many features, Pictory sells minutes, and Veedio charges a base cost plus a cost per scene. Each company’s own pricing page says what its unit buys; convert to videos a month.
