FAQ
Holiday video questions
What are good holiday video ideas for companies?
A season’s greetings video for clients, a company year in review, a short holiday greeting from the founder for LinkedIn, a holiday party invitation, a funny explainer of the office gift swap rules, a POV about the last meeting before the break, and a would-you-rather icebreaker for the team meeting. Every idea on this page comes with a prompt you can use as written; type your own company name and news into it.
Can a holiday greeting include more than one holiday?
Yes. Say which holidays you mark in the prompt — Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the new year, or simply happy holidays — and the script names them as you ask. Nothing is added that you did not write. For a greeting about one holiday, start from the Christmas or Hanukkah video maker instead.
When is Hanukkah this year?
Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on Friday, December 4, the evening of the first candle, and ends at nightfall on Saturday, December 12, after eight nights.
Can a company year in review include our numbers?
Every figure in the video is one you typed, read exactly as you typed it: a follower count, a number of orders, a fundraising total, a race time. The script invents no milestone, no growth rate, no ranking and no comparison with last year, and it never rounds your number up, so leave a number out and the video leaves it out too.
Can I make a holiday video without filming anything?
Yes. Pick an idea and press “Make this video”. Veedio writes the script and shows it to you first, then turns it into a narrated video with an AI voiceover, a scene for each line and captions on every word; the render takes a few minutes. Nothing is filmed and nobody has to appear on camera. Most ideas open as vertical videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and the composer switches to landscape for an all-hands screen.
Does it cost anything?
Reading the ideas and copying the prompts is free. Turning a prompt into a finished video needs a Veedio plan. Plans from $7/month.
