Veedio vsFaceless.video

Faceless.video runs a faceless channel for you: pick a niche, set a schedule and it writes, renders and posts. Veedio makes one video at a time from your topic, shows you the script first, and starts at $7 a month.

Everything in Faceless.video’s column comes from their own public pages, read on 16 October 2026 and linked at the bottom of this page, so you can check every claim yourself. We have not audited any of it.

Faceless.video and Veedio make the same kind of thing — a narrated, captioned vertical video with nobody on camera — and they are built around a different idea of who does the work. Faceless.video is built around the channel: you choose a niche, approve a schedule, connect TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, and its Series keep writing, rendering and posting on that schedule, with drafts you can edit before they go out or let go live as they are. Automation from the first plan is the whole product, and we do not match it on the plans most people start on.

Veedio is built around the single video. You bring the topic, the script and the shot list come back before the render spends anything on the frames, you change what you want, and then you publish it — by hand from the video’s page, or on a schedule with Auto-Mode on Pro and Studio. If you want a channel that runs itself from day one at the lowest tier, read their column carefully. If you want to see and shape each video before it exists, read ours.

Be honest first

What Faceless.video does better

Five things, unhedged. If any of them is what you are buying, they are the better purchase and this is the paragraph that says so.

Scheduled posting from the first plan

Their homepage describes Series that generate drafts on a schedule and post them automatically, or wait for your edits first. Our scheduled Auto-Mode starts on Pro, not on our entry plans.

An MCP connector with one URL and a sign-in

Their MCP page gives one server URL for Claude and ChatGPT with sign-in through your account, quotes before any credit is spent, and per-user spend ceilings. Ours needs an API key in a header and does not offer OAuth.

Credits that roll over

Their pricing page says unused credits roll over while the subscription is active. Ours are topped back up to the plan’s allowance on each renewal and do not stack.

Unlimited social accounts from $35

Daily, Double and Studio all list unlimited social accounts; Starter has one. Our plans cap connected accounts, from 1 on Mini to 25 on Studio.

A try-it editor on the homepage, and public reviews

Their homepage has a “Try Creating a Free Video” editor you can change before signing up, and links to Trustpilot reviews. We ask for a plan first and have no review score yet.

And what we lose at, on every page

  • Five voices, and that is the entire catalogue. They narrate 29 languages, but there is no cloning, no accent picker and no second voice to pick for a different niche.
  • No video or audio goes in. Footage you already filmed cannot be captioned, clipped, dubbed or repurposed — an image or a PDF can be uploaded as a *source*, but the video is always built from scratch.
  • No 4K. Every render is 1080-class, and there are five caption styles — bold, pop, highlight, subtle, none — all burned in, with no subtitle file and no custom font.
  • Three minutes is the ceiling. No face swap, no voice cloning, no translation of an existing video. Presenter scenes pick from a roster of 4 hosted faces on Pro and Studio — none of them is yours, and you cannot upload one.
  • No review score, because we are new. A made-up one is the fastest way to deserve a bad one.

Where we are ahead

What Veedio does better

A lower entry price: $7 a month

Our Mini plan is $7 a month for 200 credits — about 15 five-scene videos with stills or stock footage. Their pricing page starts at $20 a month for up to 15 videos.

The script costs no credits

On any plan, every tool page writes the real script and shot list for your topic without spending a credit, so you judge the writing before the render.

No watermark, stated on every plan

Nothing about our output is gated by watermark or resolution tier. Their pricing page does not say either way, so check before you rely on it.

Captions timed from the voice itself

Word timings come from the voice model’s own character alignment, because we generated the narration, so captions land on the syllable rather than near it.

Post stats read back next to the video

Publish to TikTok, Reels and Shorts from the video’s own page, and read each post’s views, likes, comments and shares back in the same place.

Questions

Is Veedio a Faceless.video alternative?

For making faceless shorts, yes; for running a channel on autopilot from the first plan, not really. Their Series write, render and post on a schedule from Starter. Ours make one video at a time, with scheduled Auto-Mode from Pro ($49 a month).

Which is cheaper?

At the entry tier, Veedio: Mini is $7 a month for 200 credits. Their pricing page starts at $20 a month for 30 credits and up to 15 videos. Their top plan and ours are both $149. Their credits roll over and ours do not, which matters if you post unevenly.

Can I try either one for free?

Their homepage has a Free Trial button and an editor you can change before signing up; their pricing page lists no free plan. Veedio asks for a plan first — from $7 a month, with a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.

Do both work with Claude and ChatGPT?

Both have an MCP server. Theirs connects with one URL and a sign-in to your account, and quotes before spending credits. Ours has six tools — create, status, list, credit estimate, publish and account — and authenticates with an API key, with no OAuth yet.

Where did these numbers come from?

Faceless.video’s own pricing page, homepage and MCP page, read on 16 October 2026 and linked below. We have not audited any of it and their plans change.

Try ours before you decide

Every tool page needs a plan before it writes anything. Plans from $7/month (Mini), and the first payment has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Ten seconds of reading is enough to judge whether the writing is any good.
